From upscale dining establishments to casual eateries and local food markets, Uluru offered a diverse array of dining options that showcased the rich tapestry of Australian cuisine.

Tali Wiru, meaning “beautiful dune” in the local Anangu language, is an exclusive dining experience offered by Longitude 131°, a luxury desert retreat nestled in the heart of Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park.
